Directions
Adults: Suck lozenge slowly after brushing teeth. Do not chew or swallow whole. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after taking. USAGE ADVICE In the 2 days prior to travel:Dosage: Two Boosted Lozenges.How often: Within one hour, once per day.During travel:Dosage: One maintenance lozengeHow often: Every 2-3 hours, do not exceed 8 lozenges.Repeat steps on return journey.
