Shipping Cost & Cover
All orders will require signature on delivery to ensure your parcel reaches you safe and sound. We never allow parcels to simply be dropped off without a signature, unless specifically requested by you. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification to track your parcel.
We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked. The method of delivery chosen is the fastest, safest route possible.
95% of our parcels are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the day of order, depending on stock availability. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 and free shipping for all orders over $99!
Delivery time of your order will depend on your location, and are estimated from time of dispatch.
DUE to the COVID19 situation there are delays in delivery, and for the MASKS, Hand Sanitizers it will take up to 10 Business Days to process the order. Because of the product demand, shipping delays, apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please also note that flammable products can only be shipped within Australia due to international customs and regulations.

All our parcel receive the basic Insurance, we are not responsible if the items been delivered at the door step and missing.
If you have received a faulty and/or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days with photos of the issue and a detailed description so we can sort this out as soon as possible for you
