Direction

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 – 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.

Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) seed 450 mg
equiv. to dry 4.5 g
Herbal extract dry concentrate standardised:
Valeriana officinalis (Bio-156) root 375 mg
min. equiv. to dry 1.5 g
std. to valerenic acid 1.13 mg
Essential oil:
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender oil) 2 mg
