Directions
PRE (within 30 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, electrolyte and energy levels. DURING (every 60 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, electrolyte levels, endurance, stamina and performance. PRE (within 30 minutes): One dose to support rehydration, electrolyte and glycogen replenishment. Or take as required for your performance requirements. Adult dosing only.
