Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray 10ml

Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray is a nasal decongestant that provides fast temporary relief of a blocked or runny nose caused by cold, flu, sinusitis, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis. Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray can be used by Adults and Children over 12 years of age

Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray combines the freshness of menthol with the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride. Xylometazoline hydrochloride helps to open and clear nasal passages by reducing nasal congestion. It can ease nasal congestion related to a cold, hayfever or other allergic rhinitis and sinusitis.

Benzalkonium Chloride as a Preservative. Contains Menthol and Cineole as Fragrances

Ingredients

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 140 micrograms/spray (1 mg/mL).

Directions
For Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 spray per nostril.
Use 2-3 times daily, as needed. Do not use more often than every 8 hours.

Before first use, remove protective cap and press applicator until an even spray is produced.
Blow nose gently to clear.
Insert nozzle into nostril and press applicator firmly once while sniffing deeply.
Withdraw nozzle and release applicator.
Repeat in other nostril.
Wipe nozzle and replace cap.

Brief stinging sensation or sneezing may occur. Excessive use may damage lining of the nose, if congestion persists for more than 3 days seek medical advice. Frequent, prolonged use may cause congestion to recur or worsen.

Do not use in children under the age of 12, if you are allergic to xylometazoline, after recent operation through the nose or mouth, if you have narrow angle glaucoma, if you have inflammatory nasal dryness. If irritation occurs or if you have signs of allergy discontinue use. Do not use around the eyes or if use by date has expired. Read enclosed leaflet carefully.

Ask a doctor before use: if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have any other medical conditions or are taking any other medicines. Contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative.
