A pure essential oil blend for the relief of symptoms of colds, flu/influenzahay fever, mild upper respiratory infections, mucous congestion and sinusitis.
Methods of Use:
Inhalation: 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale.
Massage:2 drops to 12mL carrier oil and massage into chest.
Vaporisation: 6 to 9 drops to warm water in vaporiser.
