Directions
DO NOT SWALLOW. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LABEL. Brush twice a day and not more than three times. For fast relief, brush each sensitive tooth first OR squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive tooth (max twice per day) for 1 minute. Minimise swallowing and spit out. USAGE ADVICE Do not use if carton seals are open. Replace lid to keep product dry.ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LABEL.
