Directions
Adults take 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily. Children 2 to 12 years take 2.5mL daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Best consumed with food to avoid any aftertaste.
Palatable enough to be taken straight off the spoon or can be added to juice or water.
Our fish oil is purified resulting in a light odourless texture with a clear appearance. It is gently flavoured with natural lemon.
