Floradix Floravital Herbal Liquid Iron Extract 250mL

Ingredients
Each 10 ml dose contains: Iron (from ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 9.59mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 1.14mg equiv. to thiamine (Vitamin B1) 860 micrograms, Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 1.15mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.05mg equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 860 micrograms , Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 860 nanogram, Hibiscus sabdariffa (Red Sorrel) flower decoction 7.54g equiv. to dry flower 135 mg, Matricaria chamomilla (German Chamomile) flower decoction 7.54g equiv. to dry flower 54mg, Carum carvi (Caraway) fruit decoction 7.5g equiv. to dry fruit 21.5mg, Spinacia oleracea (Spinach) leaf decoction 7.54g equiv. to dry leaf 16.2mg.
Also contains juice concentrate from grape, pear, blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry, rosa canina (rosehip) and daucus carota (carrot). It also contains ascorbic acid, maltodextrin and water.
 
Directions
Shake bottle well before use! Use the measuring cup provided.
Children between 1 to 5 years of age: 5 mL daily, preferably before a meal.
Children between 6 to 12 years of age: 5 mL twice daily, preferably before meals.
Adults and children 13 years and older: 10 mL 1 – 2 times daily about 30 minutes before morning and/or evening meals.
Refrigerate after opening. Store upright at 2 °C to 8 °C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.) and use within 4 weeks of opening.
