Each 5mL Oral Liquid contains:Ascophyllum nodosum blade and stem powder 12mg (equiv. to fresh blade and stem 120mg), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 40mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 50IU) 1.25micrograms, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 5.2mg (equiv. to Vitamin E 5mg), Daucus carota root powder 17.5mg (equiv. to dry root 17.5mg), Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 5mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.22mg [equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1mg], Riboflavine sodium phosphate 1.37mg [equiv. to Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) 1mg], Spinacia oleracea herb juice dry 12.5mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 560.6micrograms [equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 500micrograms], Zinc amino acid chelate 7.5mg (equiv. to Zinc 1.5mg).
