It contains Cyracos, Magnolia and Passion Flower. Cyracos is an extract of Melissa officinalis more commonly known as Lemon Balm. It has traditionally been used in Western Herbal Medicine for its calming properties. and to relieve sleeplessness. Cyracos also reduces excess nervous energy and relieves irritability.

Each tablet contains:
Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) ext. dry conc. 50mg
from dry stem bark outer 2g (2,000mg)
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm – Cyracos) ext. dry conc. 300mg
from min. dry herb 1.95g (1,950mg)
std. to Rosmarinic acid 33mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) ext. dry conc. 75mg
from dry herb flowering and fruiting 750mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D) 12.5 micrograms
equiv. Vitamin D 500IU

Directions
Directions for use: Adults take 1 tablet 2 times daily, with food or as advised by your health professional.
