Ingredients
Each 10 ml dose contains: Nicotinamide 21.8mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 2.2mg equiv to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 1.6mg, Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 2.24mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 2.7mg equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 2.2mg, Retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A) 654 microgram retinol equivalents, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 9.2, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5.45 micrograms. Silybum marianum fruit extract liquid 3.9g equiv. to dry fruit 101mg, Cola acuminata seed (Cola acuminate) extract liquid 3.9g equiv. to dry seed 91 mg, Macrocystis pyrifera whole plant (Ocean kelp) extract liquid 3.9g equiv. to dry whole plant 25mg, Triticum aestivum seed (Wheat germ) extract liquid 3.9g equiv. to dry seed 25mg, Echinacea pallida root extract liquid 3.9g equiv. to dry root 10.1mg.
Also contains fruit juice concentrates from orange; guava; passiflora edulis (passionfruit) and apricot, natural orange flavour, guar gum,fructose, purified water and ascorbic acid.
 
Directions
Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided.
Children 6 – 12 years of age: 5 mL once daily, preferably before a meal.
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 mL once daily, preferably before a meal.
Refrigerate after opening. Store upright at 2 °C to 8 °C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.) and use within 4 weeks of opening.
