Children 3 years and over: Sprinkle powder directly onto your child’s tongue. Powder can also be sprinkled over chilled food such as yoghurt just prior to serving. Do not use on heated food or in drinks. Use measuring spoon enclosed. USAGE ADVICE To support immunity:Dosage: One level spoonful of powder.How often: Once per day.
