Direction
Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Calcium folinate 173.6 micrograms
equiv. to folinic acid (activated vitamin B9) 125 micrograms
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms
